Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation
We combine our expertise in fascia and exercise to provide the most comprehensive rehabilitation program that maximizes your potential.
Myofascial Release and Pilates-based rehabilitation are essential for improving your alignment and strength.
Our unique approach finds and treats the source of the problem, not only the symptoms.
Improving your alignment and bio-mechanics is the key to eliminating pain and dysfunction. It reduces stress on your joints, calms the nervous system, and allows your body to function more efficiently.
Addressing Pain at the Source
When fascia is tight, pressure in excess of 2,000 lbs per square inch can move large bones, such as the pelvis, out of alignment.
The pelvis is your center of gravity and it is essential for a balanced pelvis in order for your body to function efficiently and pain free.
Aligning the pelvis and removing restrictions restores fluidity and mobility decreasing pressure on surrounding tissues where pain is felt.
