What Makes Us Unique

Physical Therapy Pilates Session

Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation

We combine our expertise in fascia and exercise to provide the most comprehensive rehabilitation program that maximizes your potential.

Myofascial Release and Pilates-based rehabilitation are essential for improving your alignment and strength.

Our unique approach finds and treats the source of the problem, not only the symptoms.

Improving your alignment and bio-mechanics is the key to eliminating pain and dysfunction.  It reduces stress on your joints, calms the nervous system, and allows your body to function more efficiently.

Addressing Pain at the Source

When fascia is tight, pressure in excess of 2,000 lbs per square inch can move large bones, such as the pelvis, out of alignment.

The pelvis is your center of gravity and it is essential for a balanced pelvis in order for your body to function efficiently and pain free.

Aligning the pelvis and removing restrictions restores fluidity and  mobility decreasing pressure on surrounding tissues where pain is felt.

We limit the number of patients seen, so that there is plenty of time between patients to clean and sanitize the facility.

Therapists wash their hands before and after every patient. They wear multiple protections including kn95 masks with surgical masks over them along with a face shield.

When patients arrive, they will answer questions at the door and get their temperature checked. They must sanitize their hands and wear a face mask. Masks will be provided if necessary. The clinic will provide disposable bags to store all of patient belongings.

Patients are asked to take off their shoes upon entering and placing them in the bag provided.
