Roxy Molina-Lopez, MSTP, NCPT
Roxana is the owner of TheraHands Physical Therapy in Miami, FL, and co-owner of Myofascial Healing Center and Pilates in Juno Beach, FL, along with her partner, Rachel O’Neill.
Inspired to go into healthcare by her grandparents, Roxana has dedicated her life to her passion. She truly enjoys helping others find their balance in whole body healthcare, using physical therapy, Myofascial Release and Rehabilitative Pilates. She believes that by educating her patients, they have the greatest opportunity to heal. Her grandfather was a prominent podiatrist in Cuba and her grandmother regularly attended those in need at her church in Havana. This dedication to helping others is an intrinsic part of Roxana’s life.
Born in Cuba, Roxana immigrated to South Florida in 1982. As a teenager, she volunteered over 3,000 hours at several physical therapy clinics at local hospitals. She received her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in Miami, FL, nearly two decades ago. Since then, she has specialized in concierge orthopedic and geriatric physical therapy and wellness through her Miami based company, Therahands.
Roxana’s extensive training in Rehabilitative Pilates and the John F. Barnes Approach to Myofascial Release gives her patients a unique healing experience. She is certified in Pilates Rehabilitation from Polestar®, as well as the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). For several years, she taught at Polestar® in South Miami and she is an active mentor for Polestar® education. As a practitioner, Roxana goes above and beyond to educate, heal, and guide her patients and clients to attain and surpass their goals so that they can live a life of maximum potential, free from pain and dysfunction.

Gail Forrester, MS
Meet Gail, a native of Jamaica, a Second Generation Master Level Pilates Instructor and an Adjunct Professor at PBAU. With 20 years of Fitness/Wellness experience, she carries numerous Certifications and Advanced Pilates training to include Stott, Polestar and is a recent graduate of Pilates Elder: Lolita San Miguel Master Mentor Program.
Her extensive knowledge of Pilates and complimentary modalities offers clients a therapeutic Pilates experience. Her clientele ranges from athletes to active aging. Gail's specialty is Pre/Post Rehab geared towards anyone facing surgery or in need of a post rehab Exercise Program to help with their return to activities of daily living.
Her passion aligns with the Science of Exercise, specifically Pilates and its kinesthetic benefits. Gail has a deep passion for knowledge as it relates to the body. This passion carries into the classroom with her Pilates and Alignment Course as well as clients some as long as 10 years. When she's not empowering her students and clients to find their strength, she can be found on the baseball field with her 11 year old son or playing spay day with her daughter a licensed Esthetician.

Maria, a Miami native, was introduced to Pilates while in the dance program of the University of Florida 17 years ago. She loves movement and has been dancing since the age of 5. Maria studied the Russian Ballet Vaganova method with Maestro Vladimir Issaev and has performed with many local dance companies which include Arts Ballet Theater of Florida, Momentum Dance Company, Dance Now and Isadora Dance Ensemble.
Her dancing skills have taken her to Ecuador for the Festival de La Mujeres and Madrid, Spain to dance for TV Station Antenna 3 where she danced with Latin artists such as Celina Cruz, Tito Puente, Luis Enrique and Oscar De Leon. Maria attended New World School of Arts and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Florida. While in college she was exposed to many different styles of dance. In addition, as part of the dance curriculum she was required to take Pilates, Anatomy, Kinesiology, Laban Movement Analysis and Dance Injury Prevention.
She enjoys studying the human body and how it functions and was inspired to take additional Anatomy Physiology I & II and Physics courses.
Maria has been a certified POLESTAR Pilates Practitioner since 2003. She has been trained on all apparatus to teach individuals and group classes. She also holds certification in Mat Pilates through the Physical Mind and has completed advanced training in Women’s Health, Pilates for the Spine and Pilates for Pelvic Power.
In addition, Maria works with clients of all ages including athletes, dancers, models, Cirque du Soleil performers, singers and alongside Physical Therapists in rehabilitation settings. She has been the Dance Director of Miami Shores Community Center for 13 years and has been teaching dance for 25 years to young children.
For the last 4 years she has taught Pilates during a Summer Russian Ballet Intensive. Maria continues to further her knowledge in movement and Pilates by taking workshops and attending conferences. Her passion and intention is to see her clients reach their full potential health.
Marianne is passionate about sharing her love of fitness and health and teach with an authentic and fun approach. She been teaching fitness for over 15 years and is extremely dedicated to creating a nurturing and safe environment for students to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind and spirit for participants of all levels.
She has taught at many fitness center’s, country clubs and schools. Her experience with teaching and private training has led her to become an ACE Certified Health Coach and Behavior Change Specialist.
She also holds certifications as an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, as well as a 200 E-RYT Yoga instructor. She is currently finishing her 500 hour Pilates Certification with Polestar Pilates.
A fun fact about Marianne is she pursued an acting career and was in many productions including Grease and Chicago, you can also catch her in an episode of HBO’s Sex in the City.
Caitlin first began to study Pilates as a dance student at Sarah Lawrence College. She has been teaching since college and received her certifications in Boulder, Colorado, after completing BA’s in Dance/Performance and Romance languages from the University of Arizona. She has guest taught in Arizona, and Chicago. Caitlin has worked with numerous athletes from the NHL, NBL, NTL, PGA Tour, US Ski Team, as well as dancers and equestrians.
Caitlin was the Pilates Director for the Reebok/Sports Club LA in New York City. Experienced with MS and other neurological conditions, Caitlin collaborated with Bill Fabrocini, renowned orthopedic physical therapist, and sports performance training coach, in Aspen Colorado.
Although Caitlin works with professional athletes and dancers, anyone can benefit from her ability to pinpoint the subtlest imbalances that once resolved can reshape your body. Extensive studies in dance, kinesiology, biomochanics and yoga contribute to Caitlin's strong teaching skills. Indepth knowledge of anatomy, hands on cueing, and Feldenkrais inspired techniques are a few of the healing skills she acquired from The Pilates Center curriculum in Boulder.
Caitlin is committed to providing fun, interesting, and rewarding workouts. She is a native San Joan Islands in the Pacific Northwest. She offers private or group sessions in home or at local studios. Caitlin speaks Italian, Spanish and French. She lives in South Florida with her son.
