How will I feel after my appointment?
You may experience what is known as the healing crisis between 24-72 hours after your session. When you were being treated, your therapist released a lot of toxins that had been stored in the restricted areas of your body. You might notice slight inflammation which is actually healing the area as it flushes the released toxins. We recommend letting this natural process happen and not use ice or take anti-inflammatory drugs.
