Roxana Molina-Lopez, MSPT, NCPT Expert MFR Practioner

Myofascial Healing Center Co-owner Roxana Molina-Lopez, MSPT, PMA-NCPT

Inspired to go into healthcare by her grandparents, Roxana truly enjoys educating others and helping them find their balance in whole-body healthcare, using physical therapy, Myofascial Release, and Rehabilitative Pilates. Her grandfather was a prominent podiatrist in Cuba and her grandmother regularly attended those in need at her church in Havana. This dedication to helping others is an intrinsic part of Roxana’s life.

Born in Cuba, Roxana immigrated to South Florida in 1982. As a teenager, she volunteered over 3,000 hours at several physical therapy clinics and at local hospitals such as Baptist, South Miami, and Nikolas Children’s Hospital. She received her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in Miami, FL, over two decades ago. She has many years of practice in orthopedic and rehabilitation.  Roxana worked for several orthopedic clinics in Miami that included athletes and ortho surgical patients.  During the weekends, she worked at South Miami Hospital’s rehabilitation department.  Before opening her own company in Miami, Roxana was the manager of therapy for a prominent home health company in Doral and worked with babies with plagiocephaly.  Throughout her practice, she studied and became certified in Rehabilitative Pilates through Polestar and the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), worked, and mentored at Polestar, and is now an educator hosting the Polestar Certification program in her Juno Beach facility.  It is through Polestar Miami that she had the privilege of meeting Dr. Carol Davis and was influenced by her to study the John F. Barnes approach to Myofascial Release.  Roxana continues to study and is now an expert-level practitioner.

Following a car accident that changed her outlook on how precious life is, she was happy to move to beautiful Palm Beach with her husband and two boys and is the owner of Myofascial Healing and Pilates in Juno Beach, Florida.

Roxana’s extensive training in Rehabilitative Pilates, manual therapy, and the John F. Barnes Approach to Myofascial Release gives her patients a unique healing experience. As a practitioner, Roxana goes above and beyond to educate, heal, and guide her patients and clients to attain and surpass their goals so that they can live a life of maximum potential, free from pain and dysfunction.
