Dealing with Coronavirus Symptoms

So, what do you do if you get Coronavirus? I know that has been on my mind a lot lately. I bet many of you feel the same way. Honestly, the fear of getting Covid-19 has radically shifted our day to day living. We are stuck at home all day, everyday. For those of you with kids, it’s that much harder. We are living though a crazy time, but we will get through it.

A friend and fellow Myofascial Release practitioner and Physical Therapist Diana Lomonte knows about the Coronavirus firsthand. She is a physical therapist and fellow John Barnes Myofascial Release therapist in New York. She is recovering from the Coronavirus and has some extremely practical advice to handle having the Coronavirus that I really need to share. Please read her whole post and share with your friends. The biggest takeaway she gives is to not live if fear. Use your breath to calm your mind.

Below is a letter I had written to my patients today; I decided to share with everyone, since there is so much hear-say...
